I love how a simple recipe of muffin turned into an healthy recipe. All the ingredients work well together and not a single ingredient overpowers other . A great combination of coconut which adds little sweetness while granola and nuts add crunchiness. I love it when you all try my recipes and then creat your on version of them . Bake these healthy muffins and do share with me . http://www.instagram.com/signaturebites/ Happy baking!
