140grms dark chocolate
50grms castor sugar
35grms all-purpose flour
100grms castor sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
120grms all-purpose flour
2grms baking powder
50ml fresh milk
PROCEDURE FOR BROWNIE
Pre- heat the oven to 180C. Line baking tin.
Melt dark chocolate and butter over double boiler onlow heat.
Remove and leave to cool slightly.
Stir in sugar until blended.
Add in the egg, mix well.
Fold in all-purpose flour, mix until well combined.
Pour batter in prepared tin.
Bake for exact 15 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool till room temperate.
PROCEDURE FOR BUTTER CAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
Add in eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
Fold in sifted flour and baking powder, alternately add in milk.
Mix well to form batter.
Spread the batter over the cooled brownie, bake.
Insert a skewer to see if the middle is baked for doneness
Cool the cake completely and then take it out .
